Breath, Sound & Meditation

3 Online Sessions: December 16, 18 & 22

Build Inner Balance Workshop for Parkinson’s Patients

Discover Evidence-based Breath, Sound & Meditation Practices for Inner Wellbeing

Join us for a 3-session online program that offers simple, research-supported yogic practices to help Parkinson’s patients reduce stress and anxiety, calm the nervous system and enhance inner wellbeing.

Through gentle breathing practices, sound yoga, and guided meditation, participants learn powerful tools to support mental health, emotional stability, relaxation, and inner peace. These methods are safe, practical, and easy to integrate into daily life.

Scientifically Supported Wellness

The methods offered are backed by research from the Sadhguru Center for a Conscious Planet at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center* — a teaching, research and clinical affiliate of Harvard Medical School.*

Since 2023, the Sadhguru Center has introduced these same techniques to Parkinson’s patients and is preparing to publish findings on their positive impact on mental health and emotional well-being.

Patient Sharing

“These practices are a gift. They leave me hopeful for my future and lead me to a more capable and productive live despite the limitations of Parkinson’s.”

Over three sessions, you’ll learn:

  • 🌸  Nadi Shuddhi: A 4-minute breathing technique shown to decrease stress, improve heart rate variability, support mental health, lower anxiety, improve cognition, and increase calm and relaxation.

  • 🎵  Nada Yoga: A sound practice shown to improve mental stability, focus, clarity and cognitive function, and help calm the nervous system and activate the vagus nerve.

  • 🧘 Isha Kriya: A 12-minute guided meditation shown to promote relaxation, reduce pain and improve sleep and cognition. Research has also shown that mood quality improved and stress levels decreased in just a single meditation session.

Each practice is designed to be gentle, accessible, and effective for daily use.
