Breath, Sound & Meditation

3 Online Sessions: November 18, 20 & 24

Build Inner Balance Workshop for Parkinson’s Patients

Discover evidence-based techniques for inner well-being

Join us for a 3-session online program that offers simple, research-supported yogic practices to help Parkinson’s patients reduce stress and anxiety, calm the nervous system and enhance inner wellbeing.

Through gentle breathing practices, sound yoga, and guided meditation, participants learn powerful tools to support mental health, emotional stability, relaxation, and inner peace. These methods are safe, practical, and easy to integrate into daily life.

Scientifically Supported Wellness

The methods taught are backed by research from the Sadhguru Center for a Conscious Planet at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center* — a teaching, research and clinical affiliate of Harvard Medical School.*

Since 2023, the Sadhguru Center has introduced these same techniques to Parkinson’s patients and is preparing to publish findings on their positive impact on mental health and emotional well-being.

This program is open to:

  • Individuals with Parkinson’s disease

  • Family members and caregivers who wish to learn supportive techniques for relaxation and balance

Over three sessions, you’ll learn:

  • 🌸  A 4-minute breathing technique to enhance energy and focus

  • 🎵  Sound yoga to improve stability and mental clarity

  • 🧘  A 12-minute guided meditation to promote relaxation and inner balance

Each practice is designed to be gentle, accessible, and effective for daily use.
