Session Guidelines:

  • We recommend being on a light stomach condition for this session.

  • The most conducive clothing for the session is loose, comfortable cotton clothes or any natural fabric.

  • We will begin on time, so please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and join the session.

  • Please park in the upstairs parking lot which says “2nd Floor Offices” (blue sign) for easy access to the venue.

  • Please Note: There is construction on Hurontario St., so please give yourself extra time to reach the venue.
