Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions between you and Ananta Yoga for all Program bookings worldwide. These Terms and Conditions apply equally to participants of all nationalities. Those who make their booking must accept the following Terms and Conditions.

Booking Terms & Conditions

We require payment in full at time of online registration to hold your space for a program.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you are unable to attend a program you have booked and paid for, please let us know by writing to us at shayla@anantayoga.life with full details. In such a case, we can offer you:

• 100% credit for the full price you paid for the program, which can be applied towards any of our future programs within 1 year of your cancellation date.

If you’re unable to attend another program within 1 year, then we can offer you the following refund amounts:

• Cancellation within 15 days of program start date: 75% of the price you paid will be refunded to you.

• Cancellation within 10 days of program start date: 50% of the price you paid will be refunded to you.

• Cancellation within 5 days of program start date: 25% of the price you paid will be refunded to you.

• Cancellation after the above timeframes: 0% refund available, however you can still receive a 100% credit of the price you paid towards attendance in a future program. The credit is valid for 1 year after your cancellation date. Once the yoga program has begun, we cannot return any partial payment. If you have to leave earlier for some reason, Ananta Yoga cannot repay any compensation.

• If Ananta Yoga cancels a workshop, a full refund will be issued to you.

• Please include your Name and Booking Reservation Number, along with your reason for cancelling.

• Returns and refunds are usually issued within 7 working days after you receive our email message confirming your cancellation.

Program Terms & Conditions 

Ananta Yoga reserves the right to make alterations to the timetabled classes, teachers and/or classes, as well as to facilities provided to participants, without notice.

Participants may not attend any session without first booking and/or paying for the relevant session.

Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. If a class is full when booking in advance, you will be eligible to join the waiting list and will be told if space arises.

Reservations for classes will only be held until the class start time. If you arrive once the teaching portion of the program has begun, you will be denied entry to the class. In this case, you can opt to apply 100% of your payment as a credit towards a future class within 6 months.

Ananta Yoga reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone based on misconduct or disruption to the class.

Participant Medical Terms & Conditions

Participants are expected to disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations on their Ananta Yoga Registration form prior to attending a program. Participants are advised not to undertake physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they suffer from or suspect an existing physical condition.

Ananta Yoga reserves the right to refuse access to any student if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual would be adversely affected.

Participants undertake to notify Ananta Yoga of any change of circumstances affecting their health when attending a program.

Participants are expected to follow their teacher’s instructions. Ananta Yoga cannot be held responsible for any failure to follow a teacher’s instructions.
