Guided Practice Session

This session includes a review of both Surya Kriya and Yogasanas, giving you the  opportunity to deepen and correct both practices, ask questions, and look at how your postures are developing.

I will guide you through Surya Kriya (1 cycle), followed by Yogasanas (Beginners’ series), giving you personal corrections and ensuring that you leave empowered with a more balanced and refined practice.

Prerequisite: This session is open to those that have attended the full Surya Kriya practice and Beginners’ Yogasanas workshops.

Date & Time: Saturday, April 18, 9.00 – 11.45 AM
Location: Equity Square Plaza – 3085 Hurontario St., Suite 216, Mississauga (across from the Cooksville GO Station).

Precautions

• Not suitable for pregnant women or those with serious back problems

• Please consult a doctor before registering if you have had surgery within the last 6 months, or if you have back, neck, leg or hip problems or have had an artificial joint replacement,
