If you have completed a full workshop for any of our programs (with me or another Isha-trained teacher), you can attend a Review or Reboot Session to refine, correct, and stay consistent with your sadhana (yogic practices).
Reviews:
Recommended for those practicing regularly since their workshop (at least 3 times per week). During a Review Session:
I will verbally guide you through the full sequence of the practice.
You’ll receive corrections to enhance and refine your postures.
Note: Reviews do not include visual posture demonstrations.
Reboots:
Ideal if you haven’t been practicing consistently and are unable to recall the sequence and postures. During a Reboot Session:
You’ll receive an in-depth review of the practice.
Visual posture demonstrations will be provided to support your understanding.
Workshops:
If it has been over a year since you last practiced, I recommend attending a Full Workshop again to get fully back on track.
