Eye Care Yoga

Eye Care Yoga Workshop: April 3, 2022
Our Eye Care Yoga Program offers simple practices designed to naturally improve or maintain one’s eyesight and strengthen the eye’s overall vision and focus. Devised by Sadhguru, these unique practices can help correct eye issues such as myopia (nearsightedness) and hyperopia (farsightedness).
The practices help alleviate eye issues that affect many people these days due to our daily use of computer and phone screens. Regular practice will help reduce the stress on the eyes and improve their overall health and capabilities, which can be maintained as one ages.
Eye Care Yoga can be offered in 2 sessions @ 1.15 hours each (total 2.5 hours) over one day.
Both sessions are mandatory in order to learn the entire sequence and to equip you to practice safely on your own
You must be regularly practicing any of the following Isha Hatha Yoga sequences in order to learn Eye Care Yoga:
Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti, Yogasanas, Angamardana or Full Upa Yoga (not taught online or during Inner Engineering).
If you haven’t learned any of these, you can do a package that includes the Eye Care Practices plus one of these Hatha Yoga practices:
Plus Surya Kriya & Sarvangasasana (this is the most recommended program for best results): 4 sessions @ 3 hours = 12 hours total: £250
Plus Full Upa Yoga: 3 sessions @ 2 hours = 6 hours total: £160
Plus Yogasanas: 6 sessions @ 2 hours = 12 hours total: £250
