Our Online Children’s Yoga Taster is a good opportunity for your kids to sample some of the powerful practices that we offer in our 5-session Workshop.
The program offers kids some simple Upa Yoga practices which they can safely practice on their own afterwards. It gives children the tools they need to develop better physical health, mental wellbeing and inner joy and peace.
