Come join us for a FREE Yoga for a Healthy Planet session in Athens, Greece on May 12th.
Learn practices to strengthen your joints, neck and spine and alleviate physical and mental tension. The postures improve inner balance, reduce stress and anxiety, boost immunity and create calm and clarity.
This is being offered in support of the Save Soil Conscious Planet movement initiated by Sadhguru, to bring global awarenesss and policy change to save our earth.

Location: Koukai (Athens) – near Acropolis Metro Station – address will be sent upon registration
You will need to be on a light stomach condition for the practices, which means keeping a 2.5 hours gap after a full meal, a 1.5 hour gap after a snack and a 45 minute gap after any beverage (except water).
Please come 5 – 10 minutes early as doors will close on time.
Please bring a yoga mat and small cushion that will not compress. It is best to sit on the floor in a cross-legged position during the session.
The most conducive clothing to practice yoga is loose, organic cotton (or any natural fabric). If you don’t have organic, then loose cotton clothing is best.
For the Yoga Namaskar practice, please note that those with a Hernia and women in the 3rd or 4th month of pregnancy cannot do this particular practice.
