Angamardana Workshop: October 7 & 8, 2023
Experience the ultimate yogic workout with Angamardana! This powerful practice is taught to the police, paramilitary and border security forces in India due to its all-round fitness and health benefits.
Angamardana is the most physical of the Isha Hatha Yoga practices and is best suited for those who are in a relatively good level of fitness. No prior experience of yoga is necessary, however it does require a certain stamina, flexibility and fitness ability.
Dates & Times: (Total = 10.5 hours)
Session 1: Saturday, October 7: 3.00 – 6.30 pm
Session 2: Sunday, October 8: 7.30 – 11 am
Session 3: Sunday, October 8: 4.30 – 8 pm
Venue: Chandra Yoga – Zacharitsa 27, Athina 11741 (near Syngrou-Fix metro station)
*** All 3 sessions are mandatory in order to learn the entire sequence and equip you to practice safely on your own.***
Angamardana is suitable for anyone aged 14 and above who is in good physical health.
Not suitable for pregnant women or those trying to conceive.
Not suitable for those with serious back problems.
People who have had surgery within the last 6 months, have back, neck, leg or hip problems or have had an artificial joint replacement, please consult a doctor before registering.
Please note: The price above is for group workshops (minimum of 4 people). A private one-to-one workshop in your home is €350.
