Our Children’s Yoga Workshop offers kids a unique possibility to learn powerful practices that will help them discover a joyful blossoming of their natural potential. The program introduces yoga to kids through a fun exploration, allowing each child to develop and live in optimal physical health, mental wellbeing and inner peace.
Uniquely designed by Sadhguru, the program is presented through fun games and play so that children experience a sense of wonder, belonging and oneness with life.
Workshop Includes:

Directional Movement of the Arms & Neck Practices: This practice helps to strengthen and increase the flexibility of the joints.

Yoga Namaskar: A sequence to strengthen and align the spine.

Thoppukarnam: Also known as Super Brain Yoga, this practice helps to stimulate and focus a child’s mind, leading to increased clarity and concentration.

Nadi Shuddi: A simple practice involving the breath, to balance and purify the system.
