Yogasanas Full Workshop – Beginners & Advanced Asanas: April 28-30, 2023


Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, becoming in sync with existence.

In our Full Yogasanas Workshop, you will learn the entire series of 32 asanas (Beginners & Advanced) in one workshop. The full Yogasanas series includes Standing, Lying Down, Sitting, Balancing & Inverted Postures + Spinal Twist Variations and Bandhas (Locks).

Workshop Details (12 hours in total)

Dates & Times:

Session 1: Friday, April 28: 5.30 – 8.30 PM
Session 2: Saturday, April 29: 4 – 7 pm
Sessions 3 & 4: Sunday, April 30: 7.30 – 10.30 am + 4 – 7 pm

Venue: Chandra Yoga, Zacharitsa 27, Athina 117 43 (near Syngrou-Fix Metro Station)

*** All 4 sessions are mandatory to learn the entire sequence and to equip you to practice safely on your own.***

Prerequisites & Precautions

  • No prior experience of yoga is necessary – the practices are suitable for all levels.

  • Suitable for ages 14 and above.

  • Not suitable for pregnant women or those trying to conceive

  • Not suitable for those with serious back problems.

  • Some postures are not suitable for those with an active hernia.

  • Please consult a doctor before registering if you have chronic back, neck, leg or hip problems, or if you’ve had surgery within the last 6 monthse, or if you’ve had an artificial joint replacement.

Please note: The price above is for group workshops (minimum of 4 people). A private one-to-one workshop in your home is €450.


The word asana literally means a posture. Out of the innumerable asanas a body can assume, 84 have been identified as Yogasanas, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being. In this beginner’s Yogasanas program, we will be taking you through 22 asanas.

Yogasanas are not exercises, but rather very subtle processes to manipulate one’s energy in a particular direction.

In an untrained state, the human body is a constant manifestation of various levels of compulsiveness. By consciously forming the body into a certain posture, one creates a conducive passage for energy flow that can elevate one’s consciousness.
