Our Online Children’s Yoga Workshop offers kids a unique opportunity to learn powerful practices that will help them balance internally, and blossom into their natural potential.
The program introduces yoga to kids through a sequence of Upa Yoga practices, giving each child the tools they need to develop better physical health, mental wellbeing and inner joy and peace.
