We impart Classical Hatha Yoga Practices structured by Sadhguru – a yogi, mystic, author, poet and humanitarian. This powerful science offers timeless tools to explore one’s full potential, and prepares the system to tap into higher dimensions of life.
Through various yogic sequences, our students learn to access the mechanics of the body, create a balanced inner atmosphere, and use asanas (body postures) to drive their energy in a specific direction. The programs we offer are an extensive exploration of hatha yoga and revive various dimensions of this ancient science that are largely absent in the world today.

If you consciously get into different postures, you can align your body, mind, emotions and energy systems, and ultimately elevate your consciousness. That is the true purpose of Classical Hatha Yoga – to be flexible in all aspects of your being so that you can navigate life with ease and live as a creator.
Health and fitness are just the side-benefits of yoga, never the sole aim of yoga as it has largely been reduced to in the west.
All Practices Structured by Sadhguru
Our Classical Hatha Yoga Programs are taught byShayla Ghelaniwho was trained and certified through the Sadhguru Gurukulam – Classical Hatha Yoga School in 2015. She has more than 1750 hours of foundational yoga training, and hundreds of additional hours from annual yoga upgrades.
All the practices we offer are exactly as structured by Sadhguru and as transmitted to us during our training. These are the same ones offered by all Hatha Yoga Teachers certified by Sadhguru Gurukulam worldwide. As teachers of this discipline, we do not alter any elements of the practices.
Our Services
Most of our programs are offered in-person in a workshop format, whereby you will learn the postures and sequence of a particular practice over 2 to 4 sessions. Upon completion, you will be equipped to safely practice on your own at home. I mainly offer group workshops (4 or more participants) but can also offer any of these practices privately.

Review & Reboot Sessions
If you have completed a full workshop for any of our programs (with me or another Isha-trained teacher), you can attend a Review or Reboot Session to refine, correct, and stay consistent with your practices.
